Excellent realtor

Kim expertly handled a challenging situation (selling a property in Florida from out of state). Extremely high level of communication regardless of time of day or day of the week and given that we were not in state, handled a lot of the extra work that comes with fine tuning a house to get it ready for sale. Would highly recommend and won’t work with anyone else if buying / selling in Florida again.
