•We highly recommend Mark as a realtor, not only was he prompt and responsive to every inquiry to buying our first home but he was very knowledgeable about every single question to ask the seller . While touring homes he was able to spot possible problem areas as well as point out great features added to homes. He was very well informed about the area. He made this process of home buying smooth and stress free. He made sure to make us aware of all upcoming items that were needed so we always knew what to expect next to keep us on track for deadlines. In our case there were a few things that needed negotiations from the seller and Mark made that happen in our benefit, always had our back. He is technologically savy and we loved how he sent us listings via email the second they matched our criteria so we could tour the home as quickly as possible to view the home due to this sellers market where properties go fast! We loved him so much we decided to use him to sell our current home and we will be using him for every home need for ourselves and family in the future.
