Mercy went above and beyond helping us sell our townhouse and buy our new home. She sat with us and asked us what we wanted as a family to see what house and area truly fit our needs, wants and budget. She sticked to our conversation and when we were being driven by emotions rather than facts, she centered us again to focus on what would provide us a good home and life balance. She helped us sell our home in less than 48 hours which allowed us to be able to move forward with an offer to our new home. During this whole process, she helped with my girls; always making sure to have an extra snack and helping hand when needed. She was always on time and available for the 101 questions we threw her way daily. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us in this process. She didn't just end the relationship when the house was sold and the new one was bought. She continues to follow up to make sure all is well.
