10/10!! Would recommend Kelli R Corp to anyone looking to buy a home in the Denver metro area

Kelli was fantastic to work with from start to finish of the home buying process, and as a first time home buyer, I feel spoiled for how seamless it was! She began with an intro call to understand my home buying goals and from there, was an advocate for me every step of the way through closing. I bought my home from afar - I was living in New Jersey at the time, and Kelli carved out time for me whenever I had a question and worked within the very tight parameters I gave her in terms of when I could view homes, my price range, style of home and my deal-breaker list. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Denver market, giving thoughtful advice on what type of home and neighborhood would be best for my situation. We toured several homes and Kelli was by my side for all of the tours, even partnering me up with an agent when she was out of town for a day. Kelli also went above and beyond on the inspection process. She combed through my inspection report in detail, and called me with a detailed breakdown of what we should include as objections in our offer. She even took the initiative to ask certified professional contractors to come take another look at the home. When it came time to structure the offer, Kelli was available 24/7 and she answered all my questions professionally and in a timely manner. The seller did not end up making any concessions but we were successful in offering $5k under asking, and overall I feel the purchase price of the home was fair. If I could do it all over again, I would not have changed anything about the home buying process. On top of everything, Kelli had a great attitude and was super fun to work with. Can't recommend her and the Kelli R Corp team enough!
