Della really is a top-class realtor. Prior to putting our property up for sale, she explained all the necessary paperwork and costs. We have been working with Liz for over 10 years. She was our agent when we bought the property we just sold. Liz kept detailed notes on the meetings with the builder and forced them to live up to promises made. When we had issues after closing on the purchase, she was able to produce the builders promises that we were able to get them to honor. When we went to sell there was no doubt in our mind who would list our house. She was super and got us more than we thought we would get. We have absolutely nothing but good (great, amazing) things to say about our experience with Doug. He knew going in that we were going to be a bit tougher than most clients, due to the wide area we were looking in. He jumped in with both feet and went above and beyond the entire time. He had the tools to make the entire process easier and more pleasant than we’ve ever experienced before when buying a home. He was always incredibly quick to respond to any and all phone calls or texts. He was knowledgeable and just a joy to work with.
