We have absolutely nothing but good (great, amazing) things to say about our experience with Doug. He knew going in that we were going to be a bit tougher than most clients, due to the wide area we were looking in. He jumped in with both feet and went above and beyond the entire time. He had the tools to make the entire process easier and more pleasant than we’ve ever experienced before when buying a home. He was always incredibly quick to respond to any and all phone calls or texts. He was knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. During part of the process we had to go out of state, and Doug took care of everything. He stayed in touch with us, kept us up to date on the process, walked us through everything. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our daughter just got married, & when they begin looking for their first home, we’ll be calling Doug!

Working with Lucy was a great experience. She took the time to get to know what we were looking for in our dream house so when we were searching remotely, she would tour the house for us and advise us on whether it was what we were looking for or not. She would also report the condition of the house and advise us whether to bid on it or not. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and will make sure get the house of your dreams. Lorraine was the best agent I could ask for. I flew in last minute she dedicated her whole weekend to showing me over 10 houses.
