If repeat business is the greatest testament to a realtor- well, we're giving Eric 10 stars as we've entrusted buying a home to Eric twice-and below list price both times. Eric helped us buy our first (smaller) home in Cocoa Beach in 2021, and with our family growing, he just helped us buy a new, larger home. Both times, he was able thoughtfully negotiate with sellers in a way that we ended up below list price for both (tough to do in 2021!) and in a way that was genuine and comfortable to all parties. He has seemed genuinely respected by the seller's realtors both times and is thoughtful in negotiating in a way that lead us to get great homes. It was never a stressful experience. Throughout the process he added value by connecting us with contractors, repair people, insurance brokers, and being extremely helpful and polite. For anyone who's looking for a broker who understands the local market, is hands on, and looking for someone who can patiently and easily negotiate on your behalf, I can't recommend Eric highly enough!

We wanted to list our property with another Realtor who was just not that interested in getting on the market as fast as we wanted. We made one call to Eric and he was at a convention in Orlando and he handled the listing just like that. I met Joyce a few years ago in passing but never had the opportunity to work with her . So when I decided I wanted to sell my house I called Joyce as she was the only person I had any relationship with .. It turns out Joyce was the absolute best choice for me .. I was selling the house in Florida and living in canada so I could not contribute in any physical way in its preparation .. Joyce did everything to help .. and I mean everything !! AC replacement (multiple quotes) Screen repair ( made all the arrangements) Fridge replacement ( made all the arrangements) Misc other small details to help the house show well . So is short ..
