Kim is a Gem!

We met Kim Ricard in 2023 when we inquired about an old house in CT. Although that one did not work out, Kim tirelessly stuck with us showing us new homes as they came up. We had been looking for a while for an older home in our price range and peaceful. Kim never faltered. We never looked for another real estate company nor realtor. Kim became our friend in the process and I just totally trusted her vision, opinion, evaluation and work ethic. We looked at many houses along the way and Kim was up for the adventure. One weekend, 3 terrific homes in terrific neighborhoods at the prove and taxes we wanted came along. We simply picked one and could not be happier. When we move in, Kim and her husband will be our first dinner guest. I highly recommend her. Kim has great warmth, character and honesty. I don’t know if you could find many better.
