Sold and bought my houses in 2 months!

Phillip is absolutely top tier. My house sold for the listing price which allowed us to use the positive equity to buy my family’s forever home ❤️ Our move out date was 5/29 and our closing date was 5/30. I won’t forget to mention that my old house went on the market 3/13. For as hectic as it could have been it was honestly a really smooth transition. I recommend Phillip 100% of the time.
