Very personable and professional, she took the time to really listen and answer/explain everything so that we felt comfortable and confident in our decisions. She was very responsive, dependable and so easy to work with: She offered referrals to service providers who were just as great! And since we’re fairly new to the area, that was tremendously helpful!
