Ariel came highly recommended by a friend who had just used his services for the sale of his property in The Bronx. I made an appointment to meet with him at his office. I was impressed by the fact that he already had a folder of all the available information on my property at this meeting. He was ready to go to work. I was even more impressed with the rapport that he was able to establish with the tenants in order to take pictures and have showings. As a result a suitable offer was made and accepted in a matter of days. My tenants found new housing and we closed on the deal in less than three months from our first meeting.
