•It really matters who you hire to sell your home. I've worked with good realtors before, but none have ever come remotely close to meticulous attention to every detail that Rich brings! Having worked with him before, I fully leaned into his guidance. What to repair or not, how to price, and how to come to market. Following his advise, I got $20k over market within 72 hours in borderline buyer/seller market! It didn't stop there by any means! He had the home staged and professionally photographed. Need smoke detectors, here's a quote, want me to have him do it? Need trash removed? He took pictures, got quotes and so it went for anything and everything I needed at every step. Above and beyond doesn't really capture it! I know that I got top dollar for my property and I honestly credit Rich's on the mark advise for the speed and price I got! You are leaving money on the table if you hire anyone else.
