If I could give Dina a sixth star I would. We found a new home in Idaho and had to be under contract with our current home within 30 days. I had spoken with Dina previously and found her to be very communicative and she seemed very knowledgeable so I contacted her with our requirements. She immediately helped us decide how to price, stage, and market our property which she said would help sell it quickly. We set a price which I thought very fair to us and would attract buyers. With her help we were under contract in less than 7 days receiving 3 offers in the process. After going through the final completion of selling our home I can say Dina truly earned her commission by her constant communication with us and immediately getting back to me when I had any question.
