This the second time I have worked with Marlene, the first was Purchasing a House for my Daughter which turned out perfectly. In selling the Kings Chapel Property she was very up to date on the Market trend and what she felt the property was worth. She offered suggestions on what I needed to improve in order to sell at a higher price. Marlene was spot on in turning the house in less than a week. Marlene was fantastic from start to finish. I was the executor for an estate that included a house that I needed to sell, and I live out of state, so I needed a local realtor that was dependable. I selected Marlene based on her outstanding reviews and she certainly lived up to that reputation. From my first interactions with Marlene, I knew I made the right decision. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided great advise... since I had never sold a house before I asked alot of questions. She utilizes the latest technology which included a document repository where I could electronically sign documents, which was very helpful since I was out of state. Marlene also was in constant communication via e-mail and texts and when I reached out to her I received a timely reply. Marlene took care of all of completing all of the documents and coordinating everything through the whole process. I took Marlene's advise on what I needed to update prior to putting on the market, considering return on investment. The price that she suggested really hit the sweet spot - we priced it based primarily on comps and after the first day on the market we had 2 offers for exactly what we were asking for. The closing is done as of this week. I genuinely feel that Marlene's top-notch skill as a realtor is the reason I had such a great experience and that the whole process went so smoothly. I highly recommend Marlene to anyone looking to buy or sell.
