Linda is amazing. To start her knowledge of the market, areas and what to expect are top tier. She is always upfront about recommending things to help the process along, in our case certain things to be done to our home to sell it. Communication is key as things move fast with the market where it is, and Linda is always on top of replying or reaching out with info, regardless of time of day. This is the second time I've worked with Linda, and each time it's felt like working with family. She truly does care for her clients, will have your back and wants the best outcome possible. I couldn't ask for anything more out of both of my experiences in working with Linda.

Linda patiently worked with me for 8 months to find just the right new home in the area I wanted in a tough market. She helped me negotiate with the seller/sellers realtor on all the details from signing the contract to closing on my new home. Consistently, any time a new house went on the market that met criteria I was looking for, I could always count on Linda to forward the house info along to me and for us to go see it that day if I was interested. If I wanted to submit an offer or find out something more about the property, Linda had my back every time. This market has been crazy with houses selling same day sometimes with wild prices, but it was easy to stay on top of things with Linda's experience and expertise.

Kyle really had his hands full with our house. There was one thing after another but finally after 10 months and on the 3rd contract, a month past the closing date, it was all over and done. Marie is probably the very best realtor I have ever worked with and I have had a few of them since this was my 5th house. She is very knowledgeable. She listens to what you are looking for and doesn't waste your time on ones that you aren't interested in, not like so many other agents. Her personality is very friendly always had a smile and it is very easy to become her friend. If I had to choose any agent in the world Marie would be my first choice. She should be yours also.
