She sold my home in a very quick turn which was what I needed at the time. I was shocked at how quickly it sold, and it likely wouldn’t have sold as quickly as it did without Joanie’s expertise. Leighann Turner is sharp, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've bought and sold a few houses and have never had anything like the experience I had when working with her. Where I've often had to solve anything that came up during a home sale on my own in the past, Leighann took that burden off of my completely when I worked with her. She knows her market, is well connected in that area, and works hard to earn her commission. I simply cannot recommend Leighann highly enough and wish realtors I've worked with in the past had been anything like her. Having a capable, competent, and helpful realtor makes the whole process of buying or selling a house significantly less stressful.

Tammy knew the area of Huntsville, the different communities and culture, the business, the financials, and the banking process. We did not have a question she could not answer. She went “to bat for” us a couple times over interest rates and timing of the move. She is not afraid to say no in order to better serve her customers. We moved across the country and Tammy handled all of it. She even spoke with our realtor from the sale of our house multiples times so everything went smoothly. She did the coordinating for us. I am so thankful to have her as our realtor! The best we have used.
