Scott was incredible to work with. Being first time homebuyers, the process was daunting, but Scott made us feel comfortable through the whole process. He was very helpful and happy to answer any of my questions. In today’s market, when you need to see a house immediately after it is listed to have a chance, Scott was always available and willing to show us a house within 24 hours of being listed. We never felt pressure to buy a home immediately and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He was an excellent resource throughout and I could not recommend him enough.

Scott represented both seller and buyer in this transaction - he was responsive to the questions that I asked, with timely and detailed answers, worked with me on offer and counter-offers, and overall seemed to represent both sides fairly.
