•Barbara was our property manager for 6 years and not only looked out for our investment and I would say it's safe to say she looked out for the tenants as well. We had a horrible property manager in another state that we had to fire so we know what bad looks like. When we decided to sell, she went to bat for us and looked at all options when a contingent offer started to go sideways. Ultimately it was delayed but went through without any worry and it was because she was in our corner. I would highly recommend her. It only lets me choose one service she provided but she was our PM and our realtor.
