I cannot say enough good things about working with Kim Vacca. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate in the area. She went to bat for us as new homeowners making sure that we got what we needed out of our offer and contract with the seller. She was always prompt with her response to our questions, she always followed through to make sure everything was completed, lead us through the next steps and helped us tremendously. Even with a number of hiccups at closing on the seller’s behalf, she made the house buying process smooth and we would absolutely work with her again in the future and would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
