Nancy is an amazing REALTOR! She sold my house in 8 days (would have been sooner, but negotiations were at play!) She’s very dedicated to what she does! I’ve never met someone so on top of things at nearly every hour of the day. She makes the entire process so smooth. During the process, I needed a plumber and a handy man. She found them both, made the phone calls, and booked it all within moments (w/ my approval). I also got some work done to my house BEFORE I involved her in the sale. She reached out to them for warranties in minutes of me providing her the phone number. She’s crazy organized, thorough, informative, personable, fun to work with, and simply “on it.” If you’re looking for a REALTOR and you're unsure, she’s it. Nancy was a true Godsend for my family and was probably one of the best aspects about our entire moving process. She coordinated staging, photos, an open house, and got us set up with an app to coordinate showings.
