This is the best experience we've had with a realtor. Cindy is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She knew about the village we were moving to, stayed ahead of sending documents to our mortgage, and was excellent with returning calls and texts. If you get the opportunity to work with her it will be the best part of the process in buying a home.

Nancy is one of the best honest, hard working, reliable, and informational realators I have experienced. She is about quality not quantity. She takes time to sit down with her clients and pin point what the client is looking for. She knows her standard guidelines legally and is willing to put her self out there for her clients. She has sold homes to a diversity of my friends and the experience has always been positive. She pores her heart into her clients and you can tell she loves her job. She is absolutely loyal until the client is happy. Maureen was absolutely amazing to work with! She really listened to what we wanted and was always available when we found something we wanted to see. When we found what we were looking for she worked tirelessly to make sure the sellers and their listing agent always knew what we would and wouldn’t settle for. In our case the listing agent was hard to communicate with due to a language barrier and slow response time but Maureen was relentless! We are so happy we found Maureen and would recommend her to anyone searching for a new place.

We had contacted Nancy when we were thinking of selling. She was referred to us by a friend who had worked with her when she sold his house. She told us what we’d need to do to our house to sell it and kept in touch with us until we were ready. Once we did what she suggested, we listed our house. It was sold in less than two days, for more than what we were asking. She then began negotiations two days later on the house we ended up buying, for less than it’s appraised value. During the entire process, Nancy was never unavailable, even when she was on “vacation.” She even made personal sacrifices to ensure we could seal the deal on the house we bought. When we decided to sell our house, we contacted Nancy after she had been referred to us by a friend. Nancy came over within a week of us contacting her and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell the house. She maintained contact with us throughout the process of preparing the house to sell. Her expertise paid off as we had multiple offers within a day of putting it on the market. When showing us houses for purchase, she was knowledgeable and I trusted her opinions. We then bought our new home two days later! She was always available to talk/text. We closed on both houses while she was on vacation and she still answered our calls/texts! Nancy is a honest, knowledgeable real estate agent! She is respectful and fair with how she treats both the buyer and the seller. Since my parents are older, she made it no problem to make house calls with the paperwork requiring signatures. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling!
