Marie helped us with some issues that crept up during settlement. She also helped with our inspections as we live in New Jersey and the property is in Florida. It was comforting to know she has much experience and our best interest at heart when performing the inspections. Thank you Marie.

Expert who goes above and beyond!!

I’ve dealt with Marie for over 15 years. She started as a realtor who I can truly call a dear friend now. We’ve bought/sold multiple homes with her, and all from long distance. I trust her on every level! Her suggestions are spot-on. She staged our home superbly and it sold almost immediately! She makes herself available whoever and wherever needed. Marie’s skill and knowledge were exceptional.

From start to finish in buying a condo at Palma Sola Bay Club Marie did not skip a beat. She answered questions that we hadn’t even gotten to yet. She walked us through everything and her knowledge of everything we had to handle to purchase our condo left me feeling like I just went through a course that would leave me with 100% on a test to be a real estate broker. There wasn’t anything Marie couldn’t answer and did everything on such a timely basis she seriously left me stunned. In my previous purchases of real estate I had never felt so secure and so confident in who I was dealing with on this purchase.

Above and beyond!

Over the past12 years I have sold homes in Norwalk, CT, Cortlandt Manor, NY, Englewood, FL and now Bradenton, FL. The dedication and service provided by Ms. Benoit was by the best I had ever received. May I add that some of the other realtors were in fact my family members. Ms. Benoit conducted her market analysis and then went on to help us stage the home for sale. She knows the market, the area, the characteristic buyers for properties. Extraordinary!
