Central Illinois has been my home for over 25 years. I was born in Chicago, relocated to New Jersey, then New York and finally here in Peoria where all of my family lives. I graduated from Notre Dame High school and went on to Bradley University. When I was done with school I moved back to New York and became a Professional scuba diver. During that time I trained students from basic open water scuba diving to more advanced Scuba diving including under water search and recovery and wreck diving. When I returned to Peoria I was in the restaurant business for about 4 years and then decided to get into real estate. My real estate career has had a focus on New construction and Residential real estate which has given me an enormous knowledge base to help clients move through the buying and selling process with ease.

Ryan was such a crutch for us

Mr Cannon was terrific

Mr Cannon was terrific. He was so attentive to my needs. HIs personality is outstanding. He NEVER made me feel pressured or persuaded. I felt Ryan was an honest person that was doing what he could to make sure our home buying experience was the best it could be.
