Steve was with us from the get go, he was always there to advise us and support us. He has very good communication skills and updated us as and when necessary and was always available to talk. He gave us the best case scenarios and the best possible financial advice we can get. He is very kind, patient, polite, humble and a hard working man. He kept communicating with us even after closing to see everything was okay and in order after we gave the seller a lease back. My wife and I were so excited and satisfied with his work and can’t wait to work with him again in the future. We had been trying to sell my late father’s house for about a year “by owner” with little interest when Sylvia came to our rescue. Her deep experience with the process led her to suggest fairly small updates and changes to the property and house, which didn’t take very long or cost much money, at which point she listed the property. It sold for more than asking within days of it coming on the market officially. Throughout the process she was approachable and available for advice, hand-holding or just listening. We were truly grateful to have her by our side during a tough time as she performed her work with kindness, compassion and integrity. Whether buying or selling she takes pride in effectively and honestly representing her clients and the laws and regulations in this industry. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
