The first time I met Jon was when he came to my lake house to discuss listing the property for sale. I discovered that tree from a recent storm had fallen over blocking the driveway. Jon was unphased by the fallen tree. He pulled a chain saw from his truck and began cutting the tree to gain access to the house. He certainly saved me a lot of headaches! This is the kind of experiences I had with Jon. He was diligent in marketing the property and negotiating the several contracts that we had. Any other agent may have given up after the 5th contract fell through. But not Jon! He negotiated another contract within a few days. The property was sold within the month. I appreciate Jon's willingness to continue marketing the property and to attend to my concerns about the process. All in all, my experiences in working with Jon exceeded my expectations!
