Real Estate isn't just Lauren's career... it's her passion. She was raised in a real estate family, with her mother being a Realtor/Broker and property manager for over 30 years and her father has been a builder for over 45 years. Lauren went on to Real Estate school at the age of 20, prior to that education, she worked as a secretary in her mother's real estate office. It's what she always knew she wanted to do. Even as a young girl she would pretend she was an agent and make up listing descriptions and design floor plans on her fathers graphing papers. Lauren's family has been rooted in these North Georgia mountains since the early 1800's, specifically Fannin County, where she still resides today along with her husband and four children. She knows the area very well, whether it be the downtown area or in the furthest corners of the county in the national forests. You may be surprised to learn, in Lauren's spare time she enjoys hunting, fishing, gold panning, kayaking, camping, off-roading, traveling, cooking... anything outdoors related. Kaiya Wilson-the best realtor to work with!

Kaiya Wilson was the BEST realtor. The entire process of selling our home was so smooth. She was there every step of the way, constantly communicated, and listened to our needs. It was our first time selling, so we weren’t sure of the exact process, but she made it seem so simple and easy. Her marketing is on point and highlighted our home in the best way (on every social media-Facebook, Instagram, even TikTok). She even shared it in Facebook communities in the area. Kaiya also went out of her way to help us with a lot of small things along the way. Not to mention, she really, truly cares about each of her clients. She made it feel that we were just as much of a priority, even with our smaller home (which for us, seemed hard to find in other realtors). She was very happy to sell our home, even if it wasn’t the fanciest, or highest price. I could go on and on about how great our experience with Kaiya was, and 100% recommend her. Wish we could use her for every home purchase or sale (in other states), as she is truly a one of a kind realtor!

Always available and going above and beyond...

Always available and going above and beyond what's necessary to make sure her client is happy. Never afraid to submit any reasonable and justifiable offer, or repeatedly call a realtor for an answer.
