Terry was focused on doing what's best for us as his client from purchase through sale of the property. He provided consultation throughout the renovation phase on current market trends and what were differentiators buyers were looking for in a home. He worked hard, including hand holding the Seller's agent numerous times, to get us all to the finish line. He's one of the few left of a dying breed of realtors that take their profession seriously and are committed to doing what's best for their clients first and foremost, including going well above and beyond at times, unlike other realtors who have demonstrated they had other primary driving motives ahead of those of their clients. We plan to keep working with Terry on future real estate opportunities and appreciate his professionalism and client first attitude.

As first time home buyers we had no idea what direction to go, When we called Bob (Robert) he assured us that he was going to help us step by step and reassured us that it was not impossible, Bob has an amazing personality and a great sense of humor he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and knew and explained the history of the areas where we looked at. After he helped us buy a home he kept in touch and sent his little calendars through mail. We also relied on him for suggestions with smalls issues we came across and he took time to do that. Bob is certainly a new family member to us! I had also recommended him to our friends and they were also pleased. We look forward to working with Bob In the near future.
