An eagerness to help others with goals and dreams in the real estate industry with a passion for continuous learning led me to become a Realtor. In 2023, I obtained my real estate license and quickly realized my passion for helping first time home buyers plant their roots. Born and raised in Southern Oregon, I grew up on a multigenerational family ranch where hard work, integrity, and commitment weren’t just values — they were a way of life. In 2017, I relocated to Northern California to be with my husband, where we are now raising our two children, Westlynn and Kash. As a family, we live an active, outdoor-centered lifestyle — snowboarding, wake surfing, camping, hiking, hunting, rodeoing, dirt bike racing, and dance keep us on the move year-round. I am a native of Red Bluff/Tehama County and briefly lived in Sacramento while earning a BS degree in Business Administration, Real Estate and Land Use from Sacramento State. I have consistently been a top producing agent over the last 21 years having over $180,000,000 in sales. I love Tehama County and all that it has to offer. I have extensive knowledge and experience helping buyers and sellers of both investment properties as well as first time home buyers. I work with many local and large banks in listing foreclosed properties as well as working with buyers in purchasing REO/Foreclosed properties. I have sold 1,000's of properties in the Tehama County area and are very in tune to the current market value of properties. I also own and operate Tehama Property Management which includes multifamily properties, and single family homes and commercial properties through out Tehama County.
