I had a great experiences working with Luis, we valued his expertise, his guidance during the process of readying my parents’s house to market. He dropped by to check on us while the work is going on in the house. Bringing boxes for packing, never once trying to rush us during the process of emptying the house. Madison was absolutely wonderful from the inquiry stage all the way through the sale and even to the present day. Our sale was finalized and we've started our home buying journey. Madison was eager, willing and patient with us every step of the way - and she continues to be with our future purchase! She's personable and understanding and has wonderful communication skills. Our first home purchase with a different agent was horrible, so we came into the sale with Madison a bit sensitive to red flags or things potentially going wrong. Any sale/purchase has some hiccups but nothing was truly worrisome with Madison. She answered and welcomed our questions, hesitations, and concerns right away, even on nights and weekends. She reassured us when we needed it and was always willing to ask more questions on our behalf if we needed/wanted more information.
