•We we're referred to Darlene from another ReMax agent we had previously worked with. Not knowing much of her style beforehand, we had a great experience working with Darlene and her team! She is knowledgeable about the local market and already had a lot of research done when we first met with her. She is a highly responsive communicator. Anytime we had questions or there was an update in the process she was always quick to get in touch. As sellers, she was great at negotiating the various offers that came through while holding our financial boundaries. She was also willing to be flexible and offer various solutions during negotiations to get the deal done. Lastly, we moved out of state while our home was still on the market. We were nervous about maintaining the property while it was vacant and attending to certain tasks that needed to be done on the property before closing. Darlene reassured us she would check up on the property and take care of anything that came up. And she did! Again, Darlene and her team was highly responsive and made the march towards closing a breeze. Highly recommend!
