Since I was buying from out-of-state, Melissa went above board in helping me with the builder, the local ordinances, and anything I needed to do to close on my house. She was professional, her follow up was impeccable, and she was always pleasant to work with. She provided advise many times on how to handle situations with my new house and the house I was selling in Texas. She went beyond the call of duty. Out of 5 stars, I would give her a 10. We decided to use Remax Titanium the first day we met Darlene and Steve Misciagno. We met them at an open house and it turned out to be the best decision we could have ever made. They managed to sell our house quickly for our asking price, and they helped us buy our wonderful new home. Darlene is very knowledgeable about the market and helped us solve our problems very quickly. A lot of problems came up with the sale of our home; buyers, deadlines, house issues, etc., but Darlene made sure everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently.
