Lauren was recommended to us by our selling agent of our home. We were selling in Virginia and looking to buy in Florida. We needed to have an agent that communicated well and tailored to our needs. Lauren was the perfect fit and exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with the seller of the home we wanted not signing our contract due to a contingency on the sale of our house. Lauren worked with our selling agent closely to communicate in real time our attempts to remove the contingency with our buyer. It was late at night and we were able to remove the contingency and get a signed contract for our new home. Lauren was persistent till we got a signed contract.
