We have looked for a house in Mount Dora for a year or two without luck. Victor is good at listening, he understood what we really wanted and what we were looking for. He didn't take long to help us narrow down and found the right house. We presented the offer and got the offer accepted smoothly. Victor helped us find the lender as well. During the process, Victor has been patiently answered all the questions we asked. The house is a 2 story single family home w low HOA , No CDD, and close to our business. Keith helped me out of a bind with my house. I was in a situation of owing nearly as much as the house was worth at the time I was forced to put it on the market. Every other realtor we talked to said I would be taking a loss on this and there was no way to avoid it. Keith was the only realtor who said he was confident he could get it sold without the loss, and he absolutely delivered what he said he could. Instead of having to take a loss and owe money at the end of sale, I was able to walk away with a clean even break. He truly is a miracle worker. If I ever return to that area I will absolutely look him up again.
