I’m not sure if there are sufficient superlatives in the English language to accurately describe LAUREN DEEM! Lauren is a fantastic real estate agent only overshadowed by her character, integrity and work ethic. I was planning to sell my home in Fort Lauderdale but didn’t know where I was going to move. I was referred to Lauren by my agent who had my listing in Fort Lauderdale. So, my significant other and I drove to Clermont to meet with Lauren. Lauren spent the next few days showing us listings and new construction all over Central Florida. Ultimately, Lauren found a great deal on a new build in progress in Winter Haven, FL. that would be ready in about 4 months. In addition, Lauren provided outstanding referrals for private home inspections, and screened handyman contacts in Winter Haven. Lauren made time to meet with us at every inspection and walkthrough in addition to closing. We don’t know how we would have fared without Lauren’s outstanding passion for our needs. SHE IS THE BEST.
