We had a very specific property in mind, an agricultural piece of land. This caused some issues with buying. Lauren dodged and weaved to get us what we wanted, fighting for us every step of the way. Having Kim already as a connection made this decision easy, but as the process went on it only reinforced that we were in the best hands possible. She would show us what to look for when walking homes, scheduled tours immediately and at any hour of the day necessary, gave advice anywhere professionally possible, and overall showed me what to consider and how to position an offer and the factors involved so I made the best informed decision. Every step of the way we had communication and even after the sale she remained diligent to assist where needed. Kim’s relationships in the industry were essential in landing where we did on the final mortgage rates. I felt like I was sitting at closing with family instead of agents and that took a lot of stress away from an otherwise scary process when you’re new to home buying.
