We were dreading selling our house in California due to us living in Arizona, but Don and his daughter made the experience much much better than we ever thought it could be. He was there for us every step of the way, made it so all the papers could be signed via computer and he was always always available to talk and answer questions.. not to mention my house sold the first week! He took care of all the repairs, termite and roof inspection and repairs. Dons knowledge of real estate laws and escrow made it a really easy selling experience.
