•As a first time home buyer completely on my own I was so nervous. Always wondering if I was doing things right. But Kim helped me every step of the way. When I felt overwhelmed she broke things down for me. What I thought was to much to handle for a house, she took me step by step and explained everything and it relaxed me and made me realize I can do this. This wasn't going to be hard for me. I couldn't be more thankful for getting Kim as my agent. If I had to rate her 10 out of 10 she's a 100 for sure!!
