•Ju’vonne helped my husband and I buy our first home! It was about a 3 month exciting process and that whole time I felt sure and not rushed. He was patient when we toured what felt like 100s of homes. He took note of our wants, needs, and desires and each time he sent us homes to tour, we felt closer and closer to getting to the right one for us. (which we did!) Ju’vonne never made me feel that my questions were silly/dumb/unnecessary. You know that feeling where you act like you know something or act like you don’t have questions because you’re afraid to speak up cause you don’t want to look/sound dumb? Yeah I never had that feeling with Ju’Vonne!!! I was able to ask every question I had and it was met with kindness and respect and NO JUDGEMENT. TRUST as a first time homeowner there has been tons of questions, and he has answered them to the best of his ability while pointing us in the right direction. Even after closing the house he has reached out to make sure we were set! He also is very well connected and has helped us get in contact with the right contractors and providers for home services and renovations. So if you’re looking for a realtor that’s professional, personable, trustworthy, patient, and kind, then Ju’Vonne’s the one for you! Thank you Ju’Vonne for everything!
Ju’Vonne is exactly the kind of realtor you want by your side as a first-time homebuyer. He’s patient, thorough, and takes the time to explain every step of the process—especially the things most buyers wouldn’t even think to ask about. What truly sets Ju’Vonne apart is that he genuinely has his clients’ best interests at heart. I never once doubted his intentions or felt unsure about his guidance. I would confidently recommend Ju’Vonne to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home!
