The first house Victoria sold for me was a mobile home in a park that had just become a Co-op

The first house Victoria sold for me was a mobile home in a park that had just become a Co-op. If you don't know what that is, basically it's residents who decided to buy the park and run it themselves. Needless to say the controllers had no idea about the legalities of how to run nor sell a property within the park. They were so fustrating to work with. When I wanted to scream Victoria used her professional demeanor and managed to get the house sold and closed within 5 weeks. It was definitely challenging but she did it. My second home was a little easier since it was during the 2021 cra cra. LOL She's amazing at what she does. Did I mention she sold her her first home at 19!!! She's that damn good!
