Katrina is an outstanding realtor. She has represented me in multiple sales and purchases. She has always had my best interest in mind and helped me make good decisions through this home sale. Katrina spares no cost. As important as her bottom line should be as a business person, she realizes there are costs to providing the best service. Her photographer did an excellent job and is a significant cost to a sale. Do not sign on with an agent who takes cell phone photos! Her open house was one that provided snacks and beverages to potential buyers. She goes above and beyond your average agent in all aspects of representing you as the seller. I’m very appreciative of her and the effort she put forth to sell my home when time was critical towards making our purchase.

I’ve known Katrina for years and knew when my wife and I were ready to sell our townhouse and buy a new house she would be our choice for a realtor. We went in to this knowing the market was crazy and we’re unsure of where it even when to start. Katrina’s knowledge and understanding of what the interest rates were going to do helped to push us in the right direction for starting our home buying/selling process. Even though the market was crazy Katrina kept working to get us a house we would truly love. She even went the extra mile and got our offer letter submitted on Mothers Day! When it came time to sell our old house she was patient with us while we dragged our feet a bit emptying the old house but once we listed she got it sold in what felt like the blink of an eye! I cannot recommend Katrina enough if you are looking to buy and/or sell your home. Katrina is honest with her feedback and is very knowledgeable about market trends, ins and outs to make a sale, and the community. She knows people that can assist in every aspect of selling a house including contractors that can assist in fixing things up to helping move items to clean up. This is so valuable and really can help a stressful process. She knew just how emotional selling my house was for me and made the process smooth and easy.
