We couldn’t have had a more engaging or informed experience. Chris was like having a concerned family professional in the business on our side. He always answered our calls and questions no matter what his circumstances. He let me know when he was going out of town and that even then he would be available if need be. He always had our best interest at mind and handled difficult issues with ease. Will be using Chris in the future and recommending him to others. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The gal we dealt with in the office was wonderful, the closers were great. The photographer was great and so was Erika that I spoke with several times by email and phone.
