When I settled on the condo I wanted, she became a total bulldog for me and made sure to protect all of my best interests. She had connections to reputable contractors that could get into the place right after closing to do all the work that needed to be done in the short period before I needed to move in. I would--and indeed have--recommended her to friends. When I met her, I found out she had been the agent that helped a close friend of mine and her husband find their dream home--a home I helped them move into.
