We had been looking for a very specific type of home which was hard to find in the NOVA area. We are empty nesters and wanted everything on one level. We were referred to Karen via a friend and one contact was made we had a great initial meeting and once Karen understood our needs, our price range and our desire for new construction. We looked at many places and developments and Karen’s local knowledge of the area proved to be invaluable and timely. We zeroed in on a given area, development and style of home and got exactly what we wanted thanks to Karen. Her negotiating skills, professionalism and tenacity as we went through the home buying and new construction process was truly outstanding. She was always available, able to answer questions and provide us guidance as needed. Throughout this entire process we came to trust and rely on Karen’s perspective. She always provided needed wisdom and insight for some of the situations which always come up in the home buying process. She also helped find a mortgage loan officer who was great to work with. I truly recommend Amy Fielding> Being a first time buyer and not knowing anything about the process of buying a house. I had a lot of question and concern. Amy had the patient to explain to me every question I had show me all the houses I wanted to see, and explain to me the potential of the house. I have the confidence that she put me on the right house. She knows the area , she gets me a good home inspector, negotiate all the thing that needed to be fixed in the house, and kept me informed all the time about the process.
