Jennifer began her real estate career in 2002 as a residential agent in Lexington, Kentucky. She earned her ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) in 2006 as she focused primarily on first-time homebuyers. Helping clients purchase their first home and subsequently guide them through the sale of that home, and purchase of their second, and/or investment property, drove Jennifer’s success in an extremely competitive market.
Jennifer obtained her MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification in 2018 as her personal way of giving back to those active military and veterans who have given and continue to give so much for our country. Our military and veterans often have very specific needs in relation to their service and their home. Jennifer is familiar with the ins and outs of VA eligibility and the details involved with a military relocation.
In 2021 Jennifer went next level by earning the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. Her expert negotiation skills will benefit all her clients; civilian, military, first-time buyers, repeat buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and investors.

Very helpful when moving to a new area
Jennifer was a very big help first with finding a rental in a new town and then with finding a home to buy once I decided to stay in the area. Her knowledge of the area was proficient and her help with negotiations was on point.

Jennifer is the best
Jennifer is the best. We had a difficult time finding a home to suit our needs. And when we did, things did not go smoothly. After 4 months under contract we finally closed. And Jennifer was there all the way. She was professional and friendly. She validated my feelings, commiserated with our struggles, and encouraged a positive outlook. I will use Scott Cleveland for both residential and commercial listings and purchases. Top notch professional, knows the area and has the great connections needed to represent his clients well. Scot has assisted us on several sales, most recently 2013 sold a lot, and 2016 sold our home.
