Elissa Williams started her real estate career at the age 23, selling recreational land. Her life took another direction, as she ventured into tax and accounting, ultimately becoming an EA, (Enrolled Agent). However, in June of 1999, she returned to real estate and managed a successful RE/MAX brokerage for over 20 years, where she was named Manager of the Year for RE/MAX of California in 2004 and 2012, and the Community Citizenship Award by RE/MAX LLC in 2013. She was honored with the President’s Award by her local Association in 2019. In 2024, she was awarded the wiNC, Woman of Influence North County for San Luis Obispo. 2019. She opened her own brokerage in June of 2020, which has since become one of the top brokerages in the County. She is very proud of the team spirit she created that fosters a sharing of ideas in a culture of collaboration and professionalism. Erik is a local and neighbor to many on the Central Coast. He has naturally fallen in love with the beauty San Luis Obispo County provides. He can't get enough of it! Michael's real estate career started when he bought his first house at 18. Now over 40 years of experience later, Michael has three employees and works in all lines of real estate including commercial, residential and multi-family. His home base is Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County, but he has done deals all over the United Stated and also in Costa Rica. He's sold and leased hundreds of millions in commercial property over the years from small, free standing commercial buildings to shopping centers and he is well versed in all aspects of commercial property sales. His small but mighty team is one of the top producing teams on the Central Coast. They are all about helping people achieve their dreams and their intention for their life through great real estate transactions. Michael always approaches transactions as though it was his property that he's buying, selling or leasing. His team and he are proactive in getting listings sold.
