•Daiva was great in helping my wife and I purchase our first home together! Being our first home, we didn’t have any experience in the buying process but she had no problem in making sure that we understood every step of the way and was very helpful explaining everything to us. Daiva would email us every day with new listings as they became available, giving us an upward hand in a very hot market. She was always available to call/text with questions and would even schedule private viewings on a house the same day that we asked about it. When it was finally time to put in an offer on our home, we walked though the contact together and she openly offered great advice to make sure we received everything that we could. She was very knowledgeable on our area and studied local comps to help make sure that we put in a competitive bid. I would highly recommend Daiva to anyone looking to purchase a new home!
