Donata gave me the peace of mind that I deeply seek while making a big step in my life. Although I’ve never known her before this, it almost felt like a knowledgeable friend walking with me through the home and guiding me to understand the top things I should consider when buying a home. How to negotiate, what to look for when inspecting the house, remodeling tips, advice on how to increase the property value, any advice you could ever ask for, she has it! She went above and beyond duties, from lifting rugs to verify flooring to checking every appliance.
