I hardly ever write reviews, but I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it has been to work with Matt. We worked with him to find our home in Draper and then worked with him to sell our home 4 years later. Not only did we get the house we were looking for in a fast moving market, but because of his guidance and referrals we sold our home for 60,000 more for our house than expected. He connected us with the right vendors to make some improvements to the house - costs that came in well below what we were quoted for work on our own. I would refer him to my closest family members and friends. He's not only our agent, but now a friend.
