Janet was very knowledgeable about the entire process of selling our house. She was quick to reply to questions and gave us good solid answers. She helped us before we even hired her by giving us names of people and insurance companies, so that we could quickly get homeowners and auto insurance when the existing policies were to be canceled. Found Luke on Zillow when I began searching for my first home. Let's just say it worked out GREAT! Luke was an amazing realtor, walking me through the process of buying my first home, helping me find quality and trustworthy inspectors/loan officers/tradesmen, etc. He took the time to get to know me, my likes and dislikes in a home, as well as was incredibly friendly and professional. Luke was a tremendous help with our purchase. We were first time home buyers and hardly had any knowledge going into the process. As buyers we understood that the KC metro market was very competitive and if we saw anything we liked we needed to move on it quickly. Luke was able to recognize our sense of urgency and accommodated accordingly by always making himself available by phone and responding quickly with texts. We had a great experience and we are extremely happy about the home we purchased.
