Sara Black was our buyer’s agent for a recent home purchase in Morganton, NC. Sara has excellent communication skills–very responsive and thorough. Her sense of humor and positivity made the experience as enjoyable as it was efficient. We saw some of the showings via Zoom and Sara did a great job of conveying all the details we would have otherwise missed via webcam. She spotted and brought to our attention potential problems –big and small– and without projecting her opinion, gave us practical information that made our decision-making easier. The offer, inspection and closing process were seamless thanks to her referrals and advice. Highly recommend working with her–and we will!

Hannah was amazing in every way, we couldn’t have done it without her she helped us in so many ways and always new the answer to everything we weren’t sure of. She makes buying a home so stress free and so fun! We loved having hannah as our realtor.. I would recommend her 10/10!
