After working in healthcare for eight years before becoming a REALTOR® in 2017, Brittany’s passion for real estate was ignited when she and her husband began purchasing and remodeling investment properties around North Texas in 2016. About Jennifer

I started practicing real estate in late 2015. While living in Dallas, I rekindled a long held desire to be a Realtor and I knew I wanted to practice real estate in Grayson County, so my daughter and I sold our home in Dallas and moved to Denison in 2015. As a Realtor my goal is to ensure my clients understand all of their options, the possible outcomes, the steps of the transaction, and how they can best position themselves for the most favorable and least stressful real estate transaction. I want to always be available to my clients and to the community for real estate questions and value my own education as well as my clients’. In addition to helping my clients buy and sell real estate, I am also passionate about Grayson County. I have previously served on the Denison Arts Council, the Terrell Elementary School PTO, and the City of Denison Historical Preservation Board. Currently I am a member of the Denison Service League and am on the committee transitioning the League to the Junior League of Grayson County. I also serve on the board of the Child and Family Guidance Center of Texoma, which is the primary provider of mental health resources to children and families experiencing trauma and tribulations, regardless of financial ablility.

With a background in commercial real estate and commercial development, Johnna McQuillan's real estate career has been 25 years in the making. Johnna spent several years working for the first female Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas, and she has extensive experience in construction, business management and property tax consulting. Johnna was born in North Texas and raised by several generations of ranchers. Her family relocated to Austin in the early 1980s, when her father went to work for the Texas Railroad Commission. The family remained heavily involved in the Cutting Horse industry. As a youngster, Johnna studied dance and modeling which opened the door to other opportunities. At 16, she was fortunate enough to compete in the Miss Texas Teen USA Pageant; at 18, she competed in the Miss Texas USA Pageant. After pageant retirement, Johnna enjoyed mentoring and coaching other young women as they pursued their dreams. Johnna studied International Business and Fashion Merchandising at the University of North Texas in Denton. Ten years ago, Johnna and her husband, Nathan, relocated their family to North Texas from the Austin area after a very brief move to West Texas. Johnna and Nathan have three daughters. Katy is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and is currently serving as Lance Corporal in the United States Marines. Katy recently married the love of her life, also a US Marine. Jessi is a graduate of Gunter High School, is a Registered Dental Assistant, & enrolled at NCTC. She plans to complete her degree in either nursing or dental hygiene. Savannah is a sophomore in high school.

I had never sold a house before. We spoke with Multiple agents before deciding on Brittany. When she showed up at our house for the initial consultation, she came armed with all the market data that allowed us to make informed choices about our listing price and what repairs needed to be done in order to sell. It was impressive and we knew she was the agent for us! Brittany was there for us every step of the way during the anxiety filled process of selling our house and moving. Her confidence and masterful knowledge of how the industry works eased our concerns and helped us travel through the maze of selling a property. In the end we got our full asking price. If you are shopping around for an agent, you would be doing yourself a great disfavor by not speaking with her. She will always be up front with you and she will have your best interests in mind. Oh yeah - she will definitely sell your home too.
